Reservation Process:

Payment Policy:
- All rates are quoted in USD (US Dollars) and are inclusive of all statutory taxes.
- A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total invoice amount is required within 3 days from the date of the proforma invoice to confirm your booking.
- 100% payment of the total invoice is required 45 days prior to the date of arrival.
- Payments can be made via bank transfer or credit card.
Children Policy:
- Child Sharing: 50% of the adult per person price if sharing with 2 adults.
- Child in Own Room: 75% of double room price.
- One Child in Single Room: Single room rate applies.
- One Adult + One Child: Single room + 50% of a half-double for the child.
- Single Room Policy: We allow a maximum of 1 single per booking.
- Children Age Policy: 2 years – 11.9 years (sharing with one or two adults).
Terms and Conditions:
- No block bookings are allowed.
- Rates are subject to change without prior notice until a booking is confirmed.
- All reservations are subject to availability at the time of booking.
