Cancellation Terms and Conditions:
- Cancellation based refunds will not apply to the 30% non-refundable deposit (NRD).
Cancellation Charges:
- 61 or more days prior to arrival: No cancellation fees except for the non-refundable deposit.
- Cancellation 60-46 days prior to arrival: 25% fee charge, excluding the non-refundable deposit.
- Cancellation 45-22 days prior to arrival: 50% fee charge, excluding the non-refundable deposit.
- Cancellation 21-72 hours prior to arrival: 75% fee charge, excluding the non-refundable deposit.
- Cancellation less than 72 hours or no-show: 100% fee charge.
Refund Policy:
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 14 working days after cancellation.
